Statement | I love the art of playing the piano, and teaching is not just a job to me, but a vocation. I believe that learning an instrument is a wonderful outlet for expression, creativity, and to develop personally, intellectually, and artistically. My goal is to have the student develop not just as a pianist but as a musician. I am a classically trained musician, and have performed as a soloist and in chamber music concerts. I have played for many years in churches, accompanying solo singers and choirs, and service playing. I have a keen love of jazz, and other styles of music. |
